Music That Makes You Want To Dance!
   
Appearing on the Performing Arts Stage. Shows on Opening Night, September 25, at 6:30pm and 8:30pm. Friday and Saturday, September 26 and 27, shows will be at 5pm, 7pm, and 9pm.
   
Ocean Blvd. Band, now in it's 24th year, has been providing great entertainment to the Carolinas since December of 1983. They play beach music, that soulful sound that captured the hearts of east coast beach goers in the 50's and flourishes with each new generation.  That captivating rhythm that spawned a dance craze so popular, the state of South Carolina chose "the shag" as its official state dance.  Add in the funk, retro, disco, motown, now you've got a variety band that can keep the party jumping! 
   
Ocean Blvd. Band has performed from the beaches of South Carolina to the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. Here in Cleveland County, they’re always a favorite at Uptown Shelby Alive After Five concerts.
