After only a few years in existence, NBCW is opening eyes and turning heads. NBCW is an aggressive organization that blends the “New Age”, high-flying brand of wrestling and the “Old School” style that has become known as the fundamentals of the business. Wrestling pioneers such as Dory Funk, Jr., Jack and Jerry Briscoe, “Nature Boy” Ric Flair, and the late legendary Indian Chief Wahoo McDaniel created the foundations of professional wrestling. The talented team of NBCW has as its mission statement to hold true these standards, and to take them to the next level. Their goal is “resetting the standards” for professional wrestling. The talented members of NBCW are vast and vary from dark illusion to colorful daring. Some of the names that lace up their boots and climb into the squared circle are Rex Rumble, Josh Steinborn, Axl Knight, Jake and Elwood Bruze, and Derrick Driver. Don’t think that it’s just up-and-coming local wrestlers are the only offering from NBCW. A few of the wrestling greats that join the troupe are former WCW and NWA-TNA star Mike Sanders, former WCW star David Flair, star Disco Inferno, former WCW star Daffney, and legendary ladies champion Bambi. Also in the ring are former 16 time NWA World Tag Team Champions Rock and Roll Express, former ECW star Chris Hamrick, and former NWA and WWF Hall of Famer Jimmy the Boogie Woogie Man Valiant. Valiant has the honor of being the first inductee into the NBCW Hall of Fame. So, wrestling fans, when you see the announcement that NBCW is appearing, you can bet there will be high-flying, bone-crunching, extreme wrestling action from bell to bell. Excitement as only New Blood Championship Wrestling can deliver. NBCW will appear at the Cleveland County Fair Weathers Arena on Saturday, September 28, 2008, at 7pm and 8:30pm.
